With both caring for my grandmother and my young son, living in our home was becoming really difficult. In fact my grandmother had to go and live elsewhere because it was simply too cold for her and we missed her. With a continuing battle to stay warm and an increasing frustration at the dampness causing constant sickness I knew I needed to do something!
I had heard about HEET through a friend. They’d said that having their home insulated had made a huge difference so I thought I’d at least get in touch with HEET. WOW!! What a difference. We don’t have the condensation that we had before. My son doesn’t get as ill as often, and my Grandmother was able to come home and be warm.
I work fulltime, and raising a family means that my time is limited. HEET were really considerate of this and simply took over and made sure that the insulation was done with the least amount of trouble. They just made life a lot more easy for us in so many ways!
